What is this site?
This site exists in a liminal state between online portfolio and entertainment site. No matter which of those functions you're interested in, please feel free to play some games and read some stories.

Who runs this place?
My name is Mike Sennott. I'm currently a first-year graduate student in the Interactive Media Division of the USC School of Cinematic Arts. I'm an aspiring game designer, writer, and musician, which explains all the stuff here. I have a B.A. in Computer Science and Creative Writing from Hamilton College in upstate New York. I am in a band that exists called The First Tigers, along with bands that don't exist called AElectrofalcon, phoeniXplosion, The Silent Protagonists, and Lions on Fire.

Where is this stuff from?
So far, all the games here were made in 2009 as part of my coursework for the USC Interactive Media program, except DHX, which was made to be part of my portfolio to get into USC. Other awesome people in the program codesigned most of the games with me. All of the poems and stories here were made during my undergraduate career at Hamilton.

What's the deal with the site's name?
It is a pun. SPOILERS: It is meant to sound like "like a fox," as in "crazy Laika Fawkes." Laika was the name of the first dog in space and Fawkes was the last name of the fall guy in the Gunpowder Plot, hence the otherwise confusing references to a dog flying a spaceship into Parliament.

I have personally bought every item I sell on this site. If other people also want to buy them, that's cool too.
